Rooted: Growing a Local Food Ecosystem is Propagate’s film that asks – how can we work together to create a fair, healthy and sustainable food system?

Rooted meets nature friendly farmers and food producers across Dumfries and Galloway, explores ways to access local food, and visits community projects inspiring good food citizenship.

Rooted has been made in collaboration with Soft Error (Emma Dove), with D&G Sustainable Food Partnership, and funded by Inspiring Scotland.

This screening is a part of the Black Isle FEAST, in collaboration with the
Highland Good Food Partnership. There will be a short discussion
session after the screening, after which everyone is invited to come
along to the wonderful Fishertown Inn to continue the conversation over some excellent local food. A wonderful evening out!
