Capoeira is a 400 year old Afro-Brazilian martial art/dance that combines music & song with flowing movements in highly stylized “games” that promote health and coordination. The Ngoma Capoeira Angola Inverness group has been teaching in the Highlands for over 10 years. Come, join in, and learn some basic movements. Lots of fun for all the family! If weather permis this will be outside the cinema, otherwise you will find usin Victoria Hall.
