A struggling primary school teacher begins to make some questionable decisions after one of her students is injured.
Though the bad apple motif is, at times, an overused metaphor, nothing else feels overdone. The satire is nicely judged, the wry wit lands in unexpected ways. And Ronan is, as ever, the best thing here.
